Saturday, February 27th, 2010I am going to be starting nursing school and have been looking at possible jobs in the areas I want to live in (Virginia, Ohio, Texas, North Carolina) and it seems that in almost every post the requirments are set at 1-5 years of experience.
How difficult is it to get a job in these parts, or really in general for a new grad RN? I know that some hospitals have new grad orientations and thigs like that, but what I don’t know is are those more along the lines of UNPAID internships? Is it hard for a new grad to get a job fresh out of school?
